Introducing the new MS82P ESD (Electrostatic Discharger) series of high-performance 1D Laser and 2D Imager, USB corded, and cordless (Bluetooth®). unitech barcode scanners are specifically designed to satisfy the stringent requirements of static-safe environments such as manufacturing (semi-conductor), gas station, fuel grounds, mining fields, clean-rooms, and other situations that require electrostatic discharge control.

The Unitech MS842P ESD-safe scanner is made by internal mixed way with antistatic agent to protect MS84X series to be ESD safe to be used at ESD protected area including its cable.  The body of the product and its cable can withstand ESD up to 109~1010 ohms per square and no containing of Chlorine material.
