Return Policy:
Return for refund, credit or exchange:
  1. Products must be returned in 'like new' condition for resell. 
  2. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. 
  3. Product must be returned in original package with sufficient protection, freight prepaid and insured.
  4. We are NOT responsible for the products returned with shipping damage.
  5. Refurbishment and restocking fees may apply on missing or damaged parts.
  6. Certain products may be returned within 30 days of purchase are subject to 15% restocking fee. 
  7. No returns or exchange will be accepted after 30 days.
  8. You much contact our RMA department to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the product.
  9. Custom design products, non-stock products and special orders cannot be returned.

Return for Repair or Replacement:

  1. Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement.
  2. Must contact our Tech Support Department for troubleshooting first.
  3. If Tech Support has determined the product is defective, an RMA number will be issued for returning the product. 
  4. The product must be returned within 10 days after the RMA number is issued.
  5. The product must be returned in original package with freight prepaid and insured.
  6. If the defective product is under warranty, we will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced free of charge.
  7. If the defective product is out of warranty, the customer needs to be responsible for the repair/replacement cost and the shipping freight both ways.

Warranty Policy:
  1. We warranty our products against defects in functions, materials and workmanship for the period of warranty with the exception on certain parts.
  2. In addition many products also carry full warranty from the original manufacturer whom we bought the product from.

What is NOT Covered by Warranty:
  1. Products that have been previously altered, repaired or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
  2. Serial number on the product has been altered or removed.
  3. Cosmetic damages and physical damages.
  4. Damages due to improper installation, operation or connection to improper voltage supply.
  5. Any damages due to misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifcations, accidents and acts of God.
  6. Those products where were sold AS IS or as REFURBISHED

Shipping Damage:
  1. Customer must report shipping damage immediately upon receiving the product.
  2. If the product has been shipped by another party, we may have to combine our efforts in making a claim.

Re-box Items:

Re-box items are products that are in "AS NEW" condition.  Re-box products carry full manufacturers warranty.

Re-box product may have flaws to the shipping carton, or have been repackaged. The product has been inspected and is fully functional. Most include user manuals, software and accessories.  Limited return policy except for DOA.

Ding-Bing "Scratch and Dent"

Ding Bing items are products that have been been on display, damaged in shipping, or returned from a customer.   Ding-Bing products carry full remaining manufacturers warranty.  Ding-Bing items have limited availability.

Ding-Bing items may have minor cracks, scratches, dings or dents. They have been inspected and are fully functional. User manuals, software manuals and accessories are typically included.  Limited return policy except for DOA.

"B-Stock" products are functional but cannot be sold as new, due to impaired physical condition, missing items, or both. Each unit has been inspected and classified into one of three "Condition Codes".

Condition B1: Functional, in very good to excellent condition (new or close to new), packaged in a generic box. May be missing some minor accessories. Minor accessories are defined as cables, manuals, software CDs, straps, cases, Velcro strips, mounting hardware, sample media, etc.

Condition B2: Functional, in fair-to-good condition, packaged in a generic box. May be missing minor accessories (as defined in Condition 1, above). May be missing some or all necessary accessories, including, but not limited to, power supplies, batteries, etc. Noticeable scratches, dents or scuff marks may be present.

Condition B3: Functional, packaged in a generic box. May be missing some or all minor and necessary accessories (as defined in Conditions 1 and 2, above). May be missing various screws, fasteners or non-essential covers, may have very obvious scratches, dents, scuff marks or cracks, may have broken or bent covers, may show signs of shipping damage or usage. Monitors and LCD displays may have one or more dead pixels.
