BrightSign players are compatible with USB touchscreens that use standard HID drivers. A touchscreen with standard HID drivers will work with any operating system that has HID drivers installed--without requiring additional drivers from the manufacturer. Be careful: some manufacturers say they support HID but still use custom drivers that are incompatible with BrightSign players.
Note that gesture support is only available for XT, 4K, XD, HDx23, HDx22, and LS423 players, but multi-touch screens can still be used as single-touch screens. BrightSign players are compatible with USB touchscreens that use standard HID drivers. Including: Elo IntelliTouch, PQLabs, RNDPLUS, GVision PCAP, and any touchscreen with eGalax controller.
Important: Don't forget to download and run the BrightSign Calibration Script for your touchscreen.
